Are MILA Maison des Roses® roses real?

YES, all our roses are natural.

How do the Eternal Roses last so long?

In our partner's factory in Ecuador, our Roses are treated with a proprietary solution, which stops the growth of the rose in its most perfect state and a color pigmentation which give them such an incredible colors.The life span of these roses can last longer than one year if taken care of properly.

How many roses are in each box?

Our boxes are available in various colors and shapes, and various collections and material. More than 8990 combinations are available in MILA Maison Des Roses®. Bellow our Boxes Sizes:

Baby: 1 rose
Mini: 4-5 roses
Small: 9-12 roses
Medium: 16-18 roses
Large: 20-25 roses
Luxe: 36-49 roses
VIP: 108-130 roses

Can I design my own roses arrangement?

Absolutly ! You can create a multicolored and personalized designs as we have many different collections with various designs, colors and materials, and can you integrate patterns, letters, and symbols with our roses availables in an extensive color palette. Our team can also help you create your own desired and perfect arrangement. Please send your request to mila.us@milaroses.com

How do I care for my Eternal arrangement?

Can I Take the Flowers Out of the Box?

No. For optimal appearance of the arrangement and the roses, you cannot take the roses out of the box. They are happy and secure in there and meant to stay inside for the entire lifespan of the arrangement.
During the creation of each custom rose arrangement, the roses are meticulously placed within the box. Removing the roses will damage them and ruin your beautiful arrangement.

I need a higher quantity of arrangements for a special event. How can I order them?

Send us your request at mila.us@milaroses.com. We will be happy to help you to study various options and support you to make the best set of arrangements with best deals.

Can I change my order?

If you wish to change your order, please send an email to mila.us@milaroses.com within 60 minutes after your order confirmation.

Please note that you can not change your same day order.

How can I track my shipment?

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with all shipment details and your tracking number, When your order is ready to be shipped.

How can I have my order sent to a delivery address different from the invoice address?

Simply enter the delivery address you want to send to. We will ship your order to this address while you receive the invoice yourself.

How much does shipping cost? What countries do you ship to?

We ship the 5 countries where we are based: USA, SWITZERLAND, SPAIN, MEXICO and MOROCCO.

Can I schedule the delivery?

Unfortunately you can not schedule the delivery for the moment. You will receive an email update from the shipping company about a time window when the messenger is expected to deliver.
In addition, you can track your package online.
